Silvio Cezar de Oliveira, known as Silvinho, is a native of Paraty. As a young person, he began working for the Secretary of Turismo and Culture in Paraty. Silvinho has also been a camera man for ECO TV. One of his favorite pastimes is surfing at Trindade.
